Have you ever created a card layout that was so versatile you wanted to use it over and over again?
That’s exactly what I’m sharing with you today!
For this week’s live class, I created four different Christmas cards using one simple card sketch. By changing the cardstock colors, Designer Series Paper, and a few details, each card has its own unique look—even though they all start with the very same template.
I used the beautiful Pretty Poinsettia Bundle paired with the 2026–2028 In Color Gingham Designer Series Paper, but the best part is that this sketch works with almost any stamps, dies, and paper you already have in your craft room.

I’ve created a FREE printable PDF with the complete template and measurements so you can recreate these cards—or use the sketch to design something completely your own.

In today’s video, I’ll walk you through the sketch step by step and share lots of tips for getting different looks from the same layout. Whether you’re making Christmas cards or adapting the sketch for birthdays, thank you cards, or thinking of you cards, I think you’ll find yourself reaching for this design again and again.
