The World’s Easiest Fun Fold!

My friend Julie says this is the world’s easiest fun fold. She might be right! I made this card on my weekly Live and I showed lots more sample of the same fun fold with many different stamps and pattern paper. No die cutting necessary!

This card starts with a Summer Splash base. The pattern paper is the adorable Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper folded to show both sides!

The “card in a card” also has a Summer Splash base with an additional pattern from the same paper stack. This small card opens the opposite direction of a normal card. That makes the “fun” in this fun fold!

After punching a large Basic White circle. I stamped the beach umbrella in Summer Splash ink towards the left to make room for the cheerful greeting stamped in Melon Mambo.

I took a bit of artistic license with the sand/seashell stamp and used one of my favorite summer colors, Lemon Lime Twist for the beach. I love how bright and cheery these colors are together.

The final touch is a glimmer of sparkling bling with a new product coming in the new Annual Catalog, Shades of Green Hexagons. They’re so pretty. I’m a girl who loves the bling, what can I say?!
